We are committed to helping our customers get the most out of our portfolio.  One way of doing this is through our programme of free training courses to help you get, and keep, your teams up to speed.

They are ideal for training your new joiners, or to refresh the knowledge of existing team members. The courses are all online, interactive, graphical and easy-to-run.

They cover popular BT Wholesale products as well as a number of eBusiness applications.

HOW CAN I ACCESS THEM?

The courses are ready and online for your staff to take at their convenience – useful if they just want a refresher or have a limited amount of time.

Participants do not have to complete an entire course in one sitting.  The course will automatically return to where a user left off.  Nor do participants have to complete the course in a sequential order. They can simply choose modules that are of interest.

Upon completion, there is the option to take a test, for which there is a pass or fail result.


COMPANY TRACKING
