Interactive Customer Messaging (ICM)
This service extends the two-way contact channel concept to include voice call transmission. Again, the service can capture inbound responses immediately and automatically, over one integrated platform.

Premium Rate Services
These provide non-geographic phone numbers for inbound call traffic. Charged to callers at a premium rate, they can generate revenue when used for applications such as telemarketing, televoting, sales order lines, technical helpdesks, competitions and other 'paid for' content.

Wholesale Fixed Line Text
This service extends the massively popular phenomenon of text messaging to fixed line subscribers. It enables the exchange of SMS messages between landline phones as well as between landlines and mobile phones, automatically translating texts into speech for those without SMS enabled handsets.

Participation Media services
These services provide a fully managed, highly resilient infrastructure for the automated reception and control of high volumes of premium rated incoming calls or text messages across both fixed line and mobile networks, for televoting and polling applications.
